Way past induction...but dizzy this morning

I had this dizzy/nauseated feeling for a few days during induction (beginning of Feb.) but I've felt really great since then. I'm keeping my carbs between 20-25...occasionally as high as 28...and I'm exercising every day. I was dizzy when I got up this morning and all through my workout. I'm drinking plenty of water and am still feeling a little off after breakfast (bacon and fried eggs). Any ideas what's going on? Should I up my carbs a little since I'm exercising more?

Wonder if that's enough carbs... I'm a newbie, but from what I've read in the forums, you should be taking more carbs in now.

I used to feel dizzy

I got that dizzy feeling when I was on induction. Now, I know that I can consume as little as 20 grams of carbs and feel fine. Therefore, if I should feel dizzy, I just add a few carbs and I will feel fine. Morning is a good time to feel dizzy because you have not eaten for about 8 hours. Your body is telling you that you need some fuel.

I get dizzy from time to time - up the vitamins and potassium. My body sometimes expels the water I drink too fast and I beleive this is the major cause. A little salt in water usually alleviates this.

Are you taking your vitamins

Something occured to me

After I moved beyond the first two weeks of induction and the dizziness subsided. But when I get light-headed now, I notice the I will experience more weightloss. Perhaps you are about to lose a pound or two.

black57...ooohhhhh, I hope so! I'll let you know tomorrow if that was it.

Kish...yes...I'm taking my vitamins...multi, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and potassium...ugh...too many pills!

I've felt a little better this afternoon but I'm still not quite right. By the end of the day, I'll be at around 27 carbs. That's a little bit of an increase. Maybe that'll help.

It could just be plain old low blood pressure. It tends to be worse upon rising and when standing from a lying or seated postition. Occasionally high blood pressure can cause dizzyness as can inner ear probs. Might just be one of those on time things. Get checked if it continues.

Maybe it isn't the WOE but something else like a sinus or inner ear thing. I hope it goes away soon.
