how often do you loose?
Do you loose weight on a weekly basis? It seems to be for me that i will loose like 5lbs, then nothing for a week or two, then loose like 3-4 lbs, etc...Is this weight loss common? Or should it be consistant like 2 lbs / weekly?

I lose weekly but not always the same. Some weeks it's 2 pounds the next week it's 12 pounds then 1 pound the next then 6 the next. It's just wacky. But it's not uncommon to not lose at all. I went 3 weeks without losing an ounce once.
Just keep doing what your doing and you'll reach goal in no time. :) |
Sometimes I lose; sometimes I actually gain; and others I stay the same.
It's the overall result that I have to focus on, not the weekly trek to the scale. |
