Dizziness and Nausea
Hello and this is my first post here :)
I am on Day 2 of Induction. I was dizzy this morning - I checked my blood pressure and it was fine. I've been drinking more than the required amount of water, because i'm so-oo thirsty! I'm wondering if the nausea is from me going into ketosis - I'm not sure if I am because my KetoStix have not arrived yet - OR - if the nausea is from the L-Glutamine or Chromium Picolinate or CoEnzyme Q10 I'm taking. What could be causing these symptoms? I feel like I could vomit at any minute...UGH... Is this common? I can deal with it if I know it won't last for too long ;) Thanks in advance for your answers. I'm going to go lay down with a cool, wet washcloth to my face... |
Hi Sernya
i had nausea  from memory on the third day. I don't think it was quite as bad to make me what to vomit but I had it for a full day. I did not have any headaches like a lot get but then I don't drink coffee. Hang in there it should be gone in a day or two. |
This is pretty normal. You can think of it as a sign your body is switching to fat burning-it takes a few days for your body to adjust. I felt awful for a couple of days. Tired, weak....
It goes away! |
