PROTEIN & FAT

So far today I have eaten 1 soft boiled egg and a tin of tuna with some sald cream in it. On fitday.com thats 5 carbs so far. It also says that 41% of that is fat and 57% is protein. You are supposed to make up most with fat aren't you? What other foods can I have that will make the fat % higher than the protein?

Salad with plenty of olive oil/vinegar/cream dressing.
Hot green veggies (broccoli, spinach, cauliflower) with oodles of butter. With a side dish of meat or eggs ;-)

Why not swop mayonnaise for salad cream it has less carbs and more fat.

As already said don't forget those veggies. Very important and you can have butter with them.

Don't forget you can have chicken with the skin on and pork chops with fat etc. This will add both protein and fat.

Bacon and egg, some cheese, peanut butter (look at the label before you buy), brazil nuts, hazelnuts, macademia nuts, are all ways to add protein with more fat.
