Okay, so I've finally decided to start a gym log. Its about time! :P I'm so trying to get this structured, I need to make sure that I'm being accountable to myself.
Yesterday: 45 min weights 45 min jogging Today 45 min weights 45 min jogging |
Tonight's workout
rest and reflection day. This will change when I start swimming. I'll cut the jogging down to 20 minutes since I'll be doing more cardio with swimming. I'll add in a bit more weights before I swim too - maybe 20-25 minutes. |
1 hour run on the treadmill. I feel GREAT!

no activity over the weekend.
Tonight: run run run. :) tomorrow weights wednesday both thursday run run run friday weights saturday bike? sunday bike? next week starts SWIM! This will be in addition to PM workouts :) |

25 minute laps in pool 275 calories 61 minute jog (had to get to that 4th mile!) 500 calories Feelin good - yes I am. Tomorrow I circuit train in the AM Afternoon I swim Evening I bike ride. |
am: 50 minutes circuit training
afternoon: 25 minutes swimming pm: 1 hour running |
45 min weight circuit with increased weights on arms as well.
20 minute jog 5 minute walk with dog. Feelin gooooood :) I know I'm doing things right. |
