mother nature has really rained on my parade. i'm weighing in for the 1st time in 2 days & its that TOM. ack :(

on the upside, i was supposed to have a pap and now i dont hafta. yipee :D

Yes...I feel your pain...I am prolly within 5-6 days of TOM visiting, and I am retaining water like a sponge! On the upside, I am only up one pound, so that may mean a loss after TOM (thank you, God!) Hopefully I can stay away from salt...that will help with the bloat, but it is normal to crave it when it is TOM.
As for the PAP, enjoy your reprieve, no matter how short the time is!
