My Year in Review - In 25 Words or Less
 

Alienware Laptop, Lexus RX330, Moved from Web Dev to App Dev, Bose 601s, New Russian Blue kitten and ~25 lbs gone.

You ??? Remember.... 25 Words or Less !

Stopped smoking in January then got pregnant same month, moved to bigger home, started a 2nd degree, had a 4th daughter October, tubes tied, dieting!!! :lol: :lol:

Saw diet......kicked diet's butt (57 lbs)......gained 11% strength.....below 300 for 1st time in 20 years......shopped in a "normal" clothing store

Started May 5, 2003, felt tired first 2 week, then new energy, new lease on life, blood pressure meds. gone, 76# gone for good.

2003 - New roomate, a silver lynx Himalayan cat, new job, new boyfriend, lots of new clothes in new size, 34 lbs gone, LOVE ATKINS!

Ate Junk...jeans shrunk...not buying new ....started atkins 10/03...lost 19.5 pounds....feel...have a bunch of great friends and support here....addicted to this site...

Turned 50 - had (hopefully) last treatment for thyroid cancer - had hysterectomy - started dieting June - lost 60 pounds and things are looking good! New dress for New Years's Eve is a knockout (IMHO! :) )

Could not walk. Could not breathe. Could not sleep. Could not live. Started Atkins 5/4/03. Now I walk, laugh, sleep, love and LIVE!

......smaller!

More energy, more joy, more exercise, less weight, smaller size, can ride in the Miata easily--DH LOVING IT (me, too)!!

Bought a new house; Chelli had Kyra; learned many things; career headed up but money not; started Atkins; lost 40 pounds; am healthier.

Over 100 pounds gone for good; hiked up a mountain; biked; shovelled snow; healthier; happier; new clothes; son got job; miss my stepfather

Started new career, moved to new home, strengthened new relationship. Began journey to recover health. Feeling great. Full of optimism.

Pain, unable to move, the runs, depressed, stepped on scale - 'yikes' 266 - found Atkins Oct. 25th, no pain - no pills, no runs, exercised 1 hour a day, lost 20 lbs. & 50+ inches - Wow!
