Hot Peppers
 
Hi,
Could someone tell me the carb content of hot peppers. I mean the real hot dried red ones about one inch long (something like the top one in the picture below but even smaller).

A suggestion would be instead of using the pepper itself, try using different hot sauces. They all seem to be pretty low in carbs. Or even try the ones in jars.
