Hello there, i was wondering if anyone knew a good web site for an introduction into low carb Baking, for example Ingrediants and simple recipies.
Id love to start baking low carb breads and biscuits, can anyone help?
Low carbing has really worked for me so far ive lost about 20 pounds in 5 weeks, but im really missing "Fillers" like bread.

Are there any expert low carb bakers out there?

i have found low carbing to be a reletivly painless diet to follow (W.O.L, whatever), but it needs Jazzing up ocasionally.

Thanx

You could try making Banana Cream Sour Bread. I added the recipe to the "Food Ideas" a few weeks ago. It's not my recipe, but I've tried it and really like it.

Check out our members Recipes. There are many great breads, muffins and buns recipes, I'm sure there's something to satisfy that "tooth" for you .. :D

Click here, then just scroll down to the Breads and Pastas icon. Enjoy!!

Hi AtshushiOnita,

Try lowcarbluxury.com

A warning though--if you stall, you'll know why!
