Oh Salty!!

Don't beat yourself up for what's done already!! It's ok to fall of the wagon sometimes, but the most important thing is to pick yourself up and jump right back on! You went to the shower, had snacks...oh well.....now it's time for you to start back again.

You have lost 15lbs already, don't let that go to waste. Hop back onto the wagon and continue. I had a huge cheat day on day 11 of induction and had to start all over. I am now on day 7 of induction (again), but I don't really regret the cheat because it was good. Also, I cheated, that was bad, but I started back the next day.

No one ever said this was easy, but stick with it and you will reach your goal!

Good luck!

thanksss.. i am sticking it to...i know i will cheat again..lol..but i wont give up!

Oh well - we're not perfect, so an occasional cheat is to be expected. Just don't make it too often and you'll be ok!

Good luck and don't give up! You will get to 145 if you stick with it!

Losing control

 Why does it help to know you're not the only one that cheats.
I feel so bad though,I have been on the CAD diet for 1 week and doing good until today. I just lost it and started eating everything in sight at about 4:00 p.m. Now I have the blues. I guess it's back to the drawing board. But why did I have to do it? Maybe I need to cut out diet sodas, I have been reading some have a problem with it. Any other suggestions?
This is a great site.
