Sodium Intake ?????
Can anyone tell me what number I should work for to "keep away" from sodium in MG's .. to work on "low sodium eating" ....
I keep thinking that I'm being good with sodium, but still seem to be holding onto the water .. and I haven't found anywhere on the site, that speaks of counting sodium MG's .. Can anyone send me in a direction.. as I have found out that besides water -- everything bought in the store has SOME sodium in it, since it's used in preservation .. and here I think I'm doing good .. but when I tally up my numbers (such as I was in fitday) .. the sodium number looks way outrageous to me ... Please and thanks |
How about doing a general search on the Net for "low sodium". I bet there is a lot available.
Many foods naturally include sodium - carrots & milk, for instance - while others have salt added. One way to avoid salt it to eat only foods 'made from scratch' or cooked yourself instead of processed or commercial products. |
Good morning Tofi ...

For those that are interested ... a most excellent site .. is HERE - LOW SODIUM I know I've been asked a couple of times and now I know .. it's really not as scarey as I thought ....
