New to this and need a buddy I am i california
 
Hi everyone, question: for some reason I am not able to access private messaging. I have tryed to private message and it says I am not allowed on that page. Can someone help me with this? thanks a bunch! Chrissie Also I would love a buddy, I live in California!

I think you have to have a few posts before you can do private messages, I think it's around 10-15...someone who knows for sure will tell you, but that's why :daze:

Private messaging privileges are activated when you have 25 posts on our forum. This is to promote community participation and interaction with the group, rather than soliciting advice privately, which only benefits one person. And it encourages folks to stick around ... you'd be amazed at how many THOUSAND members we have with fewer than 25 posts :(

Thank you darklotus for your welcome and answer to my questions! I appreciate it, one more if you dont mind where it says our name off to the left and our little pic. below it has a % what is that number and how do I do that?? thanks! chrissie

As you start to lose weight, you can go and change the middle number (your "current" status) and the percentage will automatically reflect your weightless in comparison to your goal weight.

Pull down the "Forums" section and go down to Journals. It should be under the "C's" That is where you started your journal, right?
