Losing ONLY a Pound a Week

But it sure beats the hell out of gaining a POUND a week.

Quit being a slave to the scales, if you do right you won't even need scales, I weigh maybe once a month.

Good advice. I am terrible about the scale. Anyone ever do the scale dance? Where you weigh and then move the scale over and then weigh and then move the scale....I doubt it will be the next dance craze, but maybe if I do it enough I will burn some extra calories!

Obsessive? Me? Nah.

Count Your Blessings!

I wish I could be steadily losing HALF a pound a week! It took 20 years for me to gain this weight, so if it takes a year to lose it, I don't care...as long as I lose it! I haven't lost any lbs. in 2 months.

What seems to kick my system into high gear for some reason is eating corned beef and cabbage, I have no idea why and it's not my favorite food but ketosis appears to kick into action big time when I eat this.

When I feel like I need a another jumpstart I will eat only this for 1 day and I seem to be right on track again.

Results may vary

Screw losing a pound a week...

I like drinking a ton of water and stepping on the scale afterwards and gaining 10lbs....

Then lose 10lbs in an hour or so....
Blame it on boredom. Hey, its better then eating cause I'm bored :D

Oh yea, and since my cat is on a diet also... My latest obsession is getting on the scale holding him to see how much he lost and gained.

He always weighs 15lbs in the morning and 16 at night... LoL I told my vet I did this he's like "don't bother, they only lose an ounce or so a week" LoL   :D
