I just want to say Thank You for being here......all of you! This message board makes my journey so much easier!!! For example, tonight I wanted to overeat a bit......low carb of course, but instead I came to my computer and read a variety of posts and before I knew it, an hour had past and I no longer wanted to overindulge on low carb chocolate or nuts or what have you. So, thank you all for posting your questions and answers and helping me and others not feel isolated on this journey to a new WOL! :wave:

I have every faith I will reach my goal as long as I dont lose touch with all of you.

I don't really post a whole lot on here...but it is very helpful to come on and here and read everything that everyone is posting.

I'm so proud of everyone for the accomplishments that they've all made...and I wish luck to everyone who is just starting out!

Thanks to all of the amazing people who come on here and discuss very personal issues and matters with strangers...we all learn from sharing and examples.

I must also say...thanks to everyone for being so kind and sympathetic...I know that we are all in the same boat, but it would be very easy for people to boast that they are doing better than others, or that everything they say is absolutely correct - I think the sensitivity of the collective of people on this board is just outstanding and commendable!
