LOL what is colon blow?

I would try incorporating flaxseed wherever you can. And eat lots of spinach!

any of the body cleansers work. If you don't know where to look for them then here is a few ideas. GNC has a few, dr office, and of course any of the head shops. :) good thing to do everyonce in a while, clean out your body of impurties

Nope... can't say that I have. I have used a bag of sugar free gummy bears! That worked!!

Sugar free jelly beans have the same effect - I don't know how anyone can honestly eat "one serving" and then put the bag away!

i recently tried it... i don't know if it really did anything! I had a very good weightloss week that week... but I also introduced jogging and oil of oregano. Part of me thinks it was the jogging....

I have been trying this for the past week and I would say in general that it didn't do much of anything -- positive or negative. I don't think I would use this particular product again...too costly for no effect. I am starting to take acidolpholus daily which has worked for me in the past (this provides your body with necessary bacteria to aid in digestion). I am also going to get some Aloe Vera juice. THese have been recommended by my Massage Therapist.

I have been reading about this Oil of Oregano also, so may give that a try.
