Garden salad sensations at wendy's
 

Is there a good online resource to find out what the carb count on fast food is? I tried those new salad sensations and there not too bad... the dressing is always a killer at fast food joints though.

this diet is finally workingn the way i want it (though i go in and out of ketosis)... TY GOD. my doctor said he wants to try it. But he sneered when i told him no bread or pasta... he was impressed by the 12 lbs in 2 months.

Wendy's BLT salad (minus croutons and tomatoes) with ranch dressing is what I have for lunch usually every work day. The blue cheese dressing is also supposed to be good for LC dieters.
