How much cream?
 

I was looking at another post & it said that we are only allowed 3 Tablespoons or cream a day...is that right? If so why does the French toast recipe call for a 1/4 cup? & when to make a protein shake add 1/4 cup? Have I been consuming too much?

Hi Candice,

The good Dr Atkins is a little confusing on this. He mentions 3 tablespoons on one page and 3 oz (about twice as much!) on another.
Another member actually emailed the Atkins website about this (see page 2 of my journal) and they said you can have 3 oz.

So forget the 3T and enjoy the 3oz!
