new low carb store in vancouver
 

Hello,

I went to check out the new low carb store in kitsilano. The one Karen was telling us about on the last get together.

They have deli items, ice cream, low carb snacks etc... The prices are quite reasonable as well, I used to buy the asher's chocolates for 2.49, they sell it for 1.35...

What is the name of the store - where is it located?? I will be travelling to your wonderful province at month end and will certainly look out for it!!

There's also a new Low-carb store on Lower Davie (near The Elbow Room).

I just returned back to the UK from Vancouver and went in there a couple of weeks back -as well as the usual bars etc, it also sells Low-carb breads, cakes, pastries and frozen food items.

I usually come to Vancouver most years and this year it REALLY seems to have taken off in a big way

LOL - For some reason I thought the Elbow Room had closed...LMAO (I lived in YVR for 7 yrs before moving here to Calgary)..I lived on Pendrell St in the West End! WHY...I moved here..I'll never know!! grrrrrrrrrrr

If anybody has the name of the store or even the actual street address, this would be really helpful (for the next time I come across to Vancouver from Victoria, I like to check out new stores)....

The New Store on 4th
 

The name and adress to the new store on 4th is Benefit Markets the adress is 1965 West 4th Ave. They have lots of food items and a Deli, Coffee Bar low carb soft searve and take home meals. The idea is to be a one stop shop.

I know I am the owner. Anyone who would like to visit please come visit. Ask for a VIP card also.
