trinity's road to fitness lol!!!
i've been advised by my consultant to spend 5-10 minutes a day building up the strength of my abdominals and back to counteract any ill effects of the spinal fractures that resulted from a fall froma horse.
as i will be changing from an active job (working with horses) to a job in retail i will need to increase my cardio exercise as well. this will be a log of any exercise that i do. |

am - ride 45min 19th april 2006 walked around norwich for hours (in high heels!) 20th april 2006 lots of yard work. 21st april 2006 nothing so far. must try harder. |
