Profile Picture
 

I have been trying to put my pic in my profile. I think I have the right size, but I keep getting a message that there is an error in the upload. Any suggestions?

Did ya check the yes button..also...Use Profile Picture
Note the maximum size of your profile image is 350 by 350 pixels or 40000 bytes (whichever is smaller). If you need help reducing the picture I would be happy to do it for you..post it as an att. here or pm me.

The picture appears on your profile page, congrats :thup:

Ooops! Actually, for the profile pic, the max. size limit is 300 x 300 pixels or 100,000 bytes, whichever is larger.

For the avatar, which shows with each post on the forum, the max. size limit is 100 x 100 pixes or 20480 bytes, whichever is larger.

We just upgraded to the beta 7 version of vBulletin, so there will be a few inconsistencies until everything's ironed out. However, in this case .. the difference is due to your Contributing (paid) member status. ;)
