question about splenda?!?!
 

Hey y'all, I just bought some splenda,I put about a teaspoon or so in my cottege cheese with strawberries it is really good.I know suger substances with aspartame can cause weight to slow down does splenda have the same affect?I just started using is so I don't know yet.I know I should probably know this but I was staying away from all suger substances until now I can live without if it does cause problems.Thanks!! :D :wave:

Dr. Atkins recommends that if you must use artificial sweetener that Splenda is the best. As far as I have heard, very few people think it makes them stall. But as always, your mileage may vary!
