Just started
Hi there my name is Gary and I weigh 254 pounds.
I started I week ago (02-07-2004) and this sat I lost my first 5 pounds. Really excited about this program ! Last year I was on Jenny Graig (270) and lost 50 pounds and gained back 30! Like to have some good breakfast sugestions so I don't have to eat eggs every morning. Thx Gary |

Welcome Gary...Sometimes you have to think "out of the box". Breakfast doesn't HAVE to be what we commonly refer to as breakfast food! It can be anything you'd like!
