Chinese/Indian/ Malay food Carb counts
 

Does anyone know where I can find carb info on chinese products, Indian foods and or Malay foods?

I have Netzer's guide (which is great) but alot of stuff that was common to my old way of eating is not listed...

I am especially interested in knowing how many carbs are in Chili Bean Paste...a commonly used cooking "base" in my household.

Does anyone know how many carbs are in the average Murtabak?
I have a recipe for it but I have never made it so I don't know if the one I order in the restaurant would be comparable.

It would be easier to tell if a "recipe" is low carb if you actually post it... I haven't a CLUE what's in a Murtabak and I have some exposure to Indonesian food :lol:
