I learned a lesson the hard way....

I bought a "carbo-lite" chocolate cookie today and an hour later I had to literally run to the bathroon 4 TIMES !!!!:cry:(and almost missed too)....:rolleyes:....This is strange, normally I can get away with Atkins bars once in awhile and also "sorbee" candies....god, I'll never buy one of those again.:nono:...beware of them!!

Yeah some people have a really bad reaction to them. Aren't you glad you don't have to find out again if that thing's bad for you? hehe.

I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones. I have the carbolite chocolate at times and haven't had a problem yet. :yay: Who knows?
