I'm here for the friendship and need encouragement, have read the other threads here and would love to be part of the TDC/family!

I'm finding it all very hard right now!
Feeling down and so on!
Up until now have been fine and have enjoyed this WOE.

I'm sure given a few days I'll be back to the happy me!

I've posted in your journal -- but also wanted to add not to forget to try new foods, and to settle into a routine that works for you. We're each different and we have to find something that we can sustain for the long run.
