Caribou Coffee low-carb lattes
 

Caribou Coffee is a great coffee business that has gotten on the LC band-wagon! They have stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

They make a low-carb latte in vanilla or caramel using the SF DaVinci syrups, heavy whipping cream, and your choice of regular or decaf coffee. It's nice that they already know how to make it, but now I also know how to ask for one to be made in another coffee shop, assuming they have a SF syrup option. Even half and half would be an ok substitute if they didn't have heavy whipping cream :)

Excellent move on their part. I miss Caribou greatly.

Don't get me wrong, I love Starbucks, but they're obviously a little slow jumping on the wagon here.
