Is this amount of weight loss normal?

I started Atkins about 6 weeks ago and have stayed on induction the whole time (usually varying from 15-25 carbs a day, but mostly around 15). During this period, I've lost about 15 pounds up to date. Is that about normal? Currently I am doing the egg diet for my 5th day and taking Xenadrine RF-1 simultaneously. I'm a lifter so I workout about 6 times a week and drinking maybe 10 glasses of water a day. Thoughts?

Average loss for most people doing Atkins is 10% of the amount they wish to lose during induction and then 5% of the remaining weight to lose each month after.

This slow way of losing helps you get used to eating properly and builds good habits so it is gone forever.

It really isn't a fast weightloss diet - it is a healthy way to eat to satisfaction while slowly getting to goal.

What is the egg diet??? Are you still eating your 2-3 cups of mandatory veggies?
