take a trip to "General Low Carb"

Over in the "General Low Carb" support area is a "sticky" by Natrushka that it is pretty good at explaining the search engine feature. If I wasn't such a newbie myself, I could link you to it :) ! Hope this helps!

About the candida forum...

Hi Marlaine
Yep - read heaps - it was just frustrating not being able to search for posts using terms via the search engine!

I know. I am still having the same problem. I've tried searching for "Atkins" using two different browsers, thinking it could have been the browser, but no luck yet!

I have just done some tests, and I experienced no such problems. I got several pages worth of results on "candida".

If this problem persists, please give me more details as to what browser you are using, and which version. Plus, if you can cut and paste images of the search form, and the result page with the errors.

I just typed
  • candida atkins
in the search box, selected "show results as posts" clicked enter ... and got 106 results.

No need for capital letters, it's not case-sensitive. No need to type the word and or AND in between, just a space.

Of course that's not helpful if the problem is with your browser. Hope you can get things worked out soon.

About the search engine not working...

Hiya
Me again! I've been playing around with this and have discovered that if I disable my ad-blocker program (ad-subtract pro) delete the temp internet files under internet options in the tools menu (IE 5.5) then refresh the page, the search engine will work - so long as I keep the ad blocker switched off.
Hope this helps someone else
