Hi all,

Well, I wasn't going to weigh in for another two weeks (I hate the scales, they are so evil if you get on them too much) but it's been two weeks since my last weigh in and I've stuck to the plan so well and I feel like I'm shrinking, so I decided this morning to see what the scales would tell me. And I lost another 4.5 pounds!!!!:p :p :p

Now I can tell people when they say, "Wow, you've lost weight!", "Yes, I've lost 20 pounds! and loved every minute of it!" I'm almost halfway there...

Thanks all for the support, this site is a lifesaver.
