Anyone eat veggies burgers??
 

Anyone eat Boca burgers? I think they are 4 nets grams of carbs. I was just wondering if they'd be ok. They're so yummy! Only now I'd like to have them with cheese!!!

Boca burgers or similar should be just fine- the carbs are relatively slow acting, and the protein and fat are ample, tho from vegetable sources (obviously) rather than animal. Cheese should be good too, just don't use a bun or sugared ketchup.

I eat them! They are low in carbs, and have a good amount of protein.

I eat them quite a bit. I throw some cheese on top and have a really quick lunch I can bring to work!! Plus, the have a ton of fiber and are really healthy! My favorite are the prime time grillers from morning star! Befrore this WOE, my have was the spicy black bean ones, but they have a little corn and are 8 grams net...guess Ill have to wait for those ones!!!

I used to eat Boca Burgers and other veggie burgers (higher carb ones) pre-LC.....I now find I rather have a turkey/chicken burger instead. As long as you spice the meat up and add cheese...it is delicious.

I'm happy to hear you guys eat them successfully. Can't wait to buy some more...they're just so convenient for a quick lunch at the office! I love the roasted garlic flavor from Boca. Yum!

my brothers vegan and I smelled one once...I can't go near the things now

it's kinda weird having a vegan brother and then doing this woe....which is in alot of respects an anti vegan diet hehe

I love my Boca Veggie Cheese Burgers!!! I hate to cook and they are always good for a quick meal. Coupled with a salad, it's a quick and healthy meal.

What exactly is a Boca burger made of? Soy? Im just curious :)
