"Instant" cereal with no soy?

Hi there, everyone. I'm looking for a hot, instant breakfast cereal that doesn't contain soy isolate. Tried the flaxmeal idea (hot water added to pure flax), but don't care for it. Are there any products out there that are low carb but that don't contain soy?
