Doing research...
 

I started a Low Carb diet once before, and had great success. But I really hadn't done enough research beforehand, especially on things like lunch at work.

I'm making a fresh start next year, but I want to be properly prepared, with books and have found places to get low carb products in Australia.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you haven't yet decided on a plan, there's a summary of the major ones to the right of the screen in "Which low carb plan is right for me?"

Aussielc, have you been to the Oz/NZ forum yet? There's a fair bit of local info there. You'll also find some local info under Low Carb Yellow Pages, also to the right of the screen.
