Haven't been here in a while so thought I'd pop in and say hi. Look at all the new faces in here :)

I haven't been around much on any low carb forums as I am currently trying the Body for Life plan which is an all inclusive nutrition/training/supplement thing. So far I've not had any tremendous results but I have been able to add carbs back into my diet without an ill effects such as gaining so that unto itself is a success I would say! I have 3 weeks left in my 12 week challenge, then I get to take a week off and start challenge 2. I hope something will change soon!

Anyways, just wanted to say hi - most of you likely won't even remember me but that's okay! Catch you all soon!
