Can Chinese Sesame Chicken be Low Carb?

Hiyas All!
I'm new to the Low Carb diet and was wondering about Chinese dishes. One of our favorite Chinese dishes is Sesame Chicken. Does anyone have a link or a recipe for this? Its one of the few things the wife and myself miss. Well that and everything else ;P
Also any tips for Chinese food in general would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there.

I make a sesame chicken that I like that is low-carb. Maybe it is close to what you are looking for?

Soy sauce (3T.), toasted sesame oil (1T.), crushed fresh garlic (2 t.), scallions, ground ginger (1 t.), black pepper (1/2 t.), splenda (1-2 t.), a tiny bit of apple cider vinegar (1-2 t.) and toasted sesame seeds are what I use. Sorry I don't really measure (parentheses are approximate per breast), I just mix it all up and either marinate and grill or use it as a stirfry sauce.

Sautee the chicken in a little oil or butter first to sear all sides, then pour in the sauce and reduce heat. Cook and stir till chicken is cooked and sauce has reduced. Add veggies too if you wish.

Hope you like!
