Dry skin

Has anybody noticed that dry skin has something to do with sugar blood fluctuations?
I get it almost the very next day when I my blood sugar starts to swing. When I watch my diet it disappears.
It's not allergy because it's not related to any particular food.

If you're diabetic, that's a normal side effect.
