Taking them off
I just found this support group, and I will be using it. I got 48 more pounds to my goal and i will make it. Atkins really work for me, I'm working out 3 days x wk and doing Taebo twice a wk so far lost 35 lbs,even do i went for a 9 days vacation at Orlando Fl and ate in every eat all u can eat place u can imagine..... love the low cabs diet. people at work notice my 40 waist( it use to be 46) and my muscles, love it its like that comercial of viagra......Keep up the hard work everybody
