induction again
 

well, i have to go on induction again. i went off the diet,big time,and now i have to be in control again. i would love suggestions for breakfast. eggs,eggs and cheese, eggs and bacon are getting to me and i'm afraid my cholesterol will not be good. on induction,can i use ahte atkins hot cereal? or is that only for on going weight loss? thank you all, in advance for any suggestions.

How about a tomato warmed in butter with a clove or garlic and then put cream cheese on top.

It's delicious. I had it as a snack today.
