Crystal Light?

OK, 5 cals per 1/8th of a tub....says no carbs, so where are the cals coming from, there has to be some in there somewhere? Are they hiding? Is Crystal Light a :nono: on Atkins?

Yes, it's a nono on Induction - it contains aspartame.

So induction is out, but I am not on iduction, so I guess as long as I don't go overboard on it it would be ok. Aspartame doesn't seem to afect my ketosis at all. But you know, crystal light tastes so good that I feel guilty like I am cheating lol!

Ready to Drink Crystal Light

They have ready to drink Crystal Light that's actually made with Splenda instead of aspartame - we really enjoy the lemonade and iced tea flavors.

Hi tlawson.... I too live in the lowermainland but have not seen the ready to drink Chrystal light.... where do you find it? :roll:

Hi Lowcarbjo,

We actually get it in Blaine, just across the border. I don't think the ready to drink kind is in Canada yet. We sometimes make a trip over to get some Diet Rite Raspberry soda, and usually p/u some Crystal Light iced tea & lemonade (ready to drink) while we're there.
