Breakfast for me is usually something high in protein b/c I just did AM cardio. Sometimes an Isopure drink from the gym, other times a protein shake I made, sometimes eggs and bacon. It all depends on the day!

breakfast

right after cardio, I like to have an Isopure also ...

about an hour and a half later, I usually have an omlette of some sort if I feel hungry. If not hungry, I have another protein shake, usually 3 scoops of protein (1 scoop casein, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop soy), 2 T. cream, 1 T flax oil, and 12 ounces water.

I also just bought some Flax-O-Meal pancke mix from Netrition.com, but I doubt I will ever have time in the AM to make them ...

Recently, I also bought Keto Crisp cereal (Keto CocoaCrisp) from Netrition.com ... I use 2/3 cup of cereal and then I dump a Myoplex Low-carb shake (vanilla) on it as milk, and add 1 T. heavy cream.

I have been using it as a snack at night, but I suppose you could use it for breakfast ... high protein, low carbs, taste is pretty good.

I mean, it's not Cocoa Puffs or anything, but it beats bacon and eggs every day .... :D
