:yay: Okay, so far the only thing I have done is walk my dog. :wiggle:
I have been back on LC for 3 days and I have walked my dog each day. About 4-5 blocks a day.
I thought I better start slow and not over do it and get discouraged.

But I have step tapes and a step box. I have resistance bands and winsor pilates. I am thinking of purchasing the Firm tapes and box. One day at a time!!! :cheer:

The only thing I have done as far as a possible exercise this weekend is walk my dog her usual 4-5 blocks and play in the backyard.

Tomorrow I start step aerobics. I really missed that. It was fun and a real stress reducer.

Today I started getting my butt up out of bed at 4 a.m. to do aerobics 3-4 days a week and strength training 2-3 days a week.

Today I did Richard Simmons Dance Your Pants Off. I only did half the tape, but I don't want to over do it because then I won't do it again for awhile if I'm too sore.

When I get home I'm going to walk my dog and play with her. I'm feeling a little tired right now, hoping my second wind comes. Or else I'm gonna be in zzzzz land. LOL!

:yawn: I am soooo tired. I guess my body is still adjusting
to getting up an hour earlier. Wwoooo, I hope I get used
to it soon. LOL!

Today I did Richard Simmons Tonin' Downtown for 38 minutes.

Tomorrow is step-aerobics!

Okay, I could not pull my bootie out of bed this morning. :nono: I woke up
with a sore throat and all plemy. Yuck!!!! But now I wish I would have
got up and just delt with it!!!!!!!!

No use worrying about it now, just gotta get up outta bed tomorrow!!!

I can do it!!

Ok, 3 lazy days!!! But tomorrow is a new day and a new week!!

Well, yesterday I did go to Wal-Mart. I parked towards the
end of the parking lot and walked around the whole store. Granted
it wasn't at a fast pace (because lets face it the people in Wal-Mart
here could generally care less if they're in your way or not. And
generally sorta rude. But I just smile anyway.) but it was still
walking!!

Today I did 30 minutes of Tonin' Uptown w/ Richard Simmons

Yipee..............at least it's movement!!!!!!!!!

OKAY TODAY I DIDN'T GET MY ARSE OUTTA BED, BUT

I DID WALK 1/2 MILE ON MY LUNCH BREAK.

Okay today I walked 1/2 mile on my lunch break
and
when I got home my dog took me for a 4 block trot (and I do mean
trot) and then we played in backyard.....

Okay, I don't think I did anything on Friday. (Gawd it's a shame I can't
even remember...)

Yesterday (saturday) I got up and walked my dog for 1/2 mile.
Then I came home and did the following:

1/2 hr. Richard Simmons No If's ands or Butts
1/2 hr. Richard Simmons Tonin' Downtown
1/2 hr. Richard Simmons Ab Workout (forget name of tape)

Today I haven't done anything yet, may after church. But I can say
my quads are sore!! But it's a good thing.

Today I walked almost 3/4th a mile. Then it started raining...

3/30/04- nothing I wasn't feeling too well
3/31/04- walked 1/2 mile at track & walked Muffy 4 blocks
4/01/04- walked 1/2 mile at track
4/02/04- walked Muffy 1 block, I again wasn't feeling well

Gotta get some resistance training in.............

4/5/04 40 minutes Richard Simmons Dance Your Pants Off

Today I went out and bought

WAP 1 mile and Hip Hop Dance Workout (looks like fun)

Not sure which I am going to do yet...gotta do it before bible study
though.
