Time for me to start working out!
 
Ok, I decided to start working out regularly. I can't just sit on my butt like this all of the time waiting to get enough energy to start.
If I'm going to start I need to do it now! So I decided to start today. :)

Here's what I did:
150 crunches
150 squats
70 push ups
I did the push ups with my weight on my knees to make it a little easier because I'm just starting.

I didn't really think I did very much. I was even a little dissapointed at myself.
Maybe it was a little much for induction, though. I'll try to do less tomorrow. :)
One of the reasons I wasn't exercising was because I was afraid of the water weight I'd gain at the begining but I have to start sometime.

Today's been a lazy day so I didn't get to get a workout in. I know, that was really bad of me. But I promised myself I will do some tomorrow. And this is one promise I make to myself that I WILL keep. But I still feel really bad about not doing anything today. :(

40 minutes of brisk walking

I plan on doing more around midnight. I hope I don't end up putting it off. :lol:
