you are not going to be proud of me

Hello people
remember all the advice i was giving when i was on a high, willpower and sticking to it like a breeze
where has it all gone?
HELP!
I've been back 4 weeks now and everyday start the plan and then go off it, the most i've managed to stay on it is 4 days last week - i feel as if i'm giving up yet i hate the way my clothes fel tight and my stomach sticks out. In total i've been off the plan since 12th Dec'03

whats happened where has all my willpower gone
we're panning for a baby and I've got a couple of more weeks before we try so i want to do somehing before i go on maintenance if i fall pregnant
I feel such a failure if only i could find the heaps of advice I dished out to everyone for myself!
I don't know where to muster it up from, can anyone help me get into gear?
thanks

Spring is coming. Throw all the bad foods out and persuade your SO to go low carb with you - it may even increase his fertility!
You can do it!

Those lost pounds are looming...waiting to catch you again.
The more you lose before pregnancy, the better it is for you and baby. Remember this is a time to eat foods with lots of nutrients, not empty calories.
Everyone has something they want to change...but they don't want to change anything. Decide what is more important to you...and then stick to it.
