CALLANETICS, Monthly Challenge, Late Start April 2010
 
:wave: Welcome to a late start in April 2010 CALLANETICS challanetics!

I just want to say, I am NOT a Certified Callanetics Instructor. I am just really getting restarted in doing the 10 Years in 10 Hours. But, I have been doing Callanetics on and off for over 22 years and I have worked in Health Spas and Gems in Houston, TX., Seattle, WA., & Chicago, IL. and to me there are no better or safer exercises than CALLANETICS.

This is just a post of what I have done today, and my goals for the month.

I started doing Callanetics again Mar. 19th and I am commited to doing them at least 4 days a week. I also walk at least 3 days a week.

I also started Atkins Induction on Mar. 21st.

Last June 2009 I lost someone very dear to me (my horse Boo) and I grieved for 7 months and put on more weight before I realized what I was doing to myself. On Feb. 11, 2010 I started working on my attitude and my body.

Both, maybe the more we talk about the Callanetics Benefits, the more help we can be to folks and maybe make it more popular. :bhug:

I have changed my plan for Callanetics. I still do four days a week but I changed the days to Sun., Tue., Thur., & Sat.
I hope everybody is still doing thiers and doing ok with them.

I have been out of town for a couple of days. We lost a beloved Uncle and laid him to rest on Thur. 4-15-10.

So I missed some exercise, and after an extra day of rest I'm ready to go again.
