Hi Shygirl,

Have you read the book yet? It really is necessary in order to enjoy the full benefit of this program.

Nuts are allowed after induction (first two weeks) in moderation. One ounce, will fit in the palm of your hand, not a fist full, is one serving. There are recommendations in the book about what types are best, Macadamia, almonds, etc.

You can do this!

ok i ate some peanuts now am i ok i will not touch anymore but i need that fix ok what is antoer or any thing we can eaT THts sweet? help]

Sweet?

What kind of nuts are you eating? You can not have beer nuts, honey nuts or any type that is coated with sugar. Roasted, dry roasted or raw are acceptable.

If you follow the program strictly your sugar cravings should diminish. Have you followed the program for two weeks straight without cheating? If you are seriously addicted to sugar you will feel lousy for the first week probably. However, after that, you should feel more in control of your cravings.

Good luck,

Jones

How about trying some Lean Protein Peanut Butter Bites instead of the peanuts? They taste like peanut butter, are crunchy and only 1 gram of carb per serving! If you can't find this product at a store near you, try their website: www.leanprotein.com.
