Namaste's Fitness Log
So I have just started strength training! Today was my second day. I don't really know what I am doing so I am kinda using google to wing it!
Right now I am rotating days with upper body/lower body and doing abdominal work on each day. I am following the 5x5 routine - 5 sets of 5 reps with heavy weights. Tomorrow will be my rest day (which means just cardio!) but Friday I will begin posting my routine in more detail. |

I have done 3 of this trainers videos...this one is my favorite thus far its only 20ish minutes....still using my 3# weights but need to kick it up to 5# http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPgKYsknKw4 Its really hard but oh so easy....LOL I would love to hear about your routines and progress :) |
