Hey I'm NEW and I've Lost 5 pounds in 4 days....and how do I use this forum thingy?
 

I'd really like to meet some folks doing the Atkins thing too....figured this may be a good place to come!!!! thought perhaps there was a chat room but I can't seem to find it....A little help would be GREAT!!!! Also my butt is getting smaller already and I'm very excited....although I would chew off my arm for a bowl of apple jacks !!! :spin:

welcome here! This is an excellent place for support. As for using the forum thingy..If U go to the active forums I believe there is a chat room section at the bottom. I have never used it tho. Im sure in know time U will catch on to all of this. welcome aboard!

Hi! I'm definitely a newbie too, so I'm probably not much help on how to use the forum...I'm still figuring it out myself. Just wanted to say welcome to the club, and it sounds like you're doing great!

I too have (so far) had outstanding success. I'm on Induction right now and have lost 7 lbs in 5 days. Of course that will slow down, but I am very excited for you AND me!!

By the way, you might be surprised if you give in to the apple jacks craving...yesterday I ate 2 bites of a commercially prepared chocolate chip cookie and it was AWFUL. So sweet I could barely stand it. It just made me ill.

So...keep it up and stay with it! It is amazing how quickly your body begins to utilize the fuel you give it and reduce weight (as you are discovering).
