Hello everyone. I started Atkins AGAIN yesterday. This time I am truly motivated! I will be 30 in May and I am determined to go into my 30's looking good! I did Atkins last year and lost 30lbs. I guess I got a little too happy and started eating more and more and more carbs until eventually, I completely fell off and never got back up.

Now, I am ready. And now that I've stumbled across these boards, I know I can do it! :D

Hi! Congrats on deciding to get back into the WOE. I was in the same boat as you (although 30 for me was many moons ago :p ), and I had picked up a lot before I got my head on straight and realized what I was doing to myself.

This forum is absolutely wonderful. There are some awesome LC recipes in the recipe section to keep things interesting, and the people here are all incredibly supportive. No matter what question you have, you can find the answer.
