Whoosh!!!
 

I had complained about my constant scale for a while here. Had been hanging on since my initial 9# induction weight loss for almost 6 weeks... had added the l-carnitine, the COQ10 and finally got serious with the exercise--- still holding that fat tightly to my frame. Well rewarded with a whoosh of 2# overnight!!!

Feels so good - I am off to get my hair cut and colored, add some mall walking in there since it is raining --- in my increasingly baggie size 16 pants. (started as a tight 20)
