Riding, Walking and Jogging to a toned and fit body
Day 1
I just thought I would go ahead and start a gym log. Stationary Bike: 33 MINUTES = 10 MILES Treadmill 36 MINUTES 30 SECONDS = 2 1/2 MILES Walked: 1/2 mile Jogged: 2 miles 120 CRUNCHES |
Stationary Bike/Treadmill
Day 2
Stationary Bike: 33 minutes and 30 seconds = 10 MILES Treadmill: 42 minutes and 20 seconds = 3 miles 2 MILES JOGGING 1 MILE WALKING The funny thing is when I started jogging, I really didn't want to do it, no motivation but once I got into it I was able to keep going. Funny how that works. |
Day 3
Stationary Bike: 31 minutes = 10 MILES Treadmill: 41 minutes 30 seconds = 3 miles 2 miles jogging 1 mile walking Crunches: 180 Today I felt alot better with the jogging. I thought I would add more crunches so hopefully I can rid of some of this fat on my stomach. |
Day 4
Stationary Bike: 31 minutes = 10 MILES Treadmill: 56 minutes 20 seconds = 4 MILES Jogged 2 miles Walked 2 miles Crunches: 180 Didn't know if I was going to even make 1 mile jogging but I kept going. I kept thinking a toned body, a toned body is what I'm working this hard for. |
Day 4
Bike Ride Outdoors: 5 miles I had to get out yesterday evening to ride my bike. Needed some stress relief. |
Day 5
Stationary Bike: 31 minutes = 10 miles Couldn't do my treadmill afterwards because I spent too much time looking for my dogs this morning. They got out of our backyard. |
Day 7, I skipped Day 6
Bike Ride Outdoors: 10 miles |
Day 8

Day 9
Stationary Bike: 30 minutes and 34 seconds = 10 miles Treadmill: 55 minutes and 40 seconds = 4 miles 2 miles jogging 2 miles walking Jogging was a little more tough today since I skipped 3 days of it. I don't need to do that anymore but it was a great workout and I stuck to it and that's what counts. |
Day 10
Stationary bike: 30 minutes and 30 seconds = 10 miles Treadmill: 56 minutes = 4 miles 2 miles jogging 2 miles walking It was tough jogging because I wasn't mentally into it but fortunately, I got through it. |
Day 11
Treadmill: 44 minutes = 3 miles Walked 1 mile Jogged 1 mile Walked 1 mile |

Day 15
Stationary bike: 32 minutes = 10 miles Treadmill: 43 minutes 42 seconds = 3 miles 1 mile walking 1 mile jogging 1 mile walking |

Stationary Bike: 31 minutes = 10 miles Treadmill: 72 minutes = 5 miles Jogged 2.5 miles Walked 2.5 miles |
Day 17
Stationary bike: 31 minutes = 10 miles Treadmill: 86 minutes = 6 miles Jogged 3 miles Walked 3 miles |
