Hi everyone! Newbie who survived Valentines day!
 

I have been reading, enjoying, and learning from all of you here. I don't think I could have made it since Jan 7,03 without the internet support and knowlege I have received. I have lost 15 lbs and made it thru V. day by knowing that there are so many of us LC's out there wading thru the chocolate but not applying it to our hips! It was tough at the office. Mounds of goodies and a potluck to boot. DH took me to lunch chick breast and scampi which really was sweet and helpful. I just wanted to say HI. :wave:

Great job on sticking it out through Valentine's day! If you can stick it out through that, you can stick it out through just about anything!
